ibis Zürich City West

The location of the hotel is perfect for tram locations. It's in the middle of 2 stations which you can choose which way to go within a few minutes walk. Staff is very kind and helpful. The beds and pillows and duvets quality at this price are just perfect for me.

It was clean and the staff was really great. It was pretty central as well so getting to the public transport was great, a 5min walk or so. The hotel has a nice restaurant next to it, which has great food and amazing and friendly staff.

Newly refurbished, quiet room, comfy bed. Bathroom did not have an annoying fan, shower was excellent and the air vent was fine since the mirror by the sink did not steam up. Good breakfast with spacious dining area.

Very Close to tram station, city centre 15 mins by tram, the staff at the reception during the day was very helpful.Guided us for places to visit in Zurich

breakfast was ok value for money, but nothing fancy. beds were fine. location is ok as close to train station and has 2 trams that connect with a lot of places in the city.
